Creative Twin Newborn Photos | Hemel Hempstead | Ava & Harry
/If there is one way to get my heart pumping when you book your Newborn Photos, it’s to tell me you’re expecting twins!
I LOVE twin newborn shoots. In some ways it is double the work yes, but I like to describe it as having a spare baby. Both babies asleep? Great, let’s get some photos of them together. One crying? They get lots of cuddles and milk while I photograph the asleep one!
Ava & Harry were the type of newborn twins that photography dreams are made of.
Both gorgeous and sleepy, they made my life a dream.
Starting with them wrapped up, they took it in turns to flash me a smile as they drifted off into a deep sleep. We started with brown and then moved onto those adorable bear hats. I love their little matching legs as well.
It’s so important to get images of the twins apart as well as together. Everyone needs their own little time in the spotlight!
When positioning them seperately it doesn’t matter if one prefers one pose but the other isn’t so keen - we just go with whatever they are comfy with.
I love that both babies had a little bit of awake time - although Harry really looks like he’s fighting that sleep!
Images of them seperately that match, like these four, are just as lovely as the ones of them together in my opinion. They come in a pair but are still individuals.
To finish, it was time for the twins to be back where they belong - cuddled up to each other. And they certainly loved it that way.
