/I love celebrating 1st birthdays with babies, whether that's with a Birthday Photo Shoot or a Cake Smash.
It’s such a fun age to photograph. Their little cheeky or shy personalities really shine through while they play, smash and have fun.
Teddy’s mummy chose a blue and white set up for his Cake Smash.
They bought along their own cake (you can read about how to find the perfect cake Smash cake Here) and a gorgeous little Peter Rabbit outfit.
Some babies take a little time to get the idea that they are actually allowed to touch the cake but others dive right in.
After a little bit of encouragement, Teddy was grabbing fistfuls of cake making for the cutest images!
Don't worry though, if you're concerned about how much cake they eat, it really isn't much at all. Most gets kicked around by their toes, smooshed between their fingers and launched across the room!!
It's the best kind of sensory play!
