Milestone Mini Photo Shoots are perfect for capturing cheeky smiles, chubby cheeks and just pure cuteness when your baby has just learned to sit.

They’re actually one of my favourite shoots to photograph because babies this age are just so full of personality and I absolutely love it.

Conor came to me for his Milestone Mini Photo Shoot when he was 8 months old, which is a great age for these. He was sitting but hadn’t quite learnt the art of crawling, which is absolutely perfect because he wasn’t as much of an escape artist!

We started with photos in his white vest on a light blue backdrop. I love this white chair for photographing babies this age. It’s also a great thing to use to stop crawling babies from escaping constantly!

Next, he changed into this little blue outfit and we captured this image, which I absolutely adore.

From there, it was time to get naked!

Naked photos are completely optional at Milestone Mini Baby Photo Shoots but I absolutely love them. It’s the best way to show off those gorgeous baby rolls.
